We're dedicated to getting your pet's goodies to you as quickly as possible. Here's how we do it:

- Delivery Time: Orders placed with Pet Goof are typically shipped within 3-5 working days. Please note, we ship every day except Sunday and National Holidays.

- Shipping Areas: We ship our products to nearly all parts of India. You can check shipping charges by entering your pin code details at checkout.

- No Hidden Costs: We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden shipping charges.

- Delivery Tracking: Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Refunds:

We want you and your furry friend to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't quite go as planned. Here's our refund policy:

- Conditions: To be eligible for a replacement due to manufacturing defects, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, and returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it.

- Replacement Process: If you request a replacement due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new item. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive the item and confirm the defect.

- No Return Pick-Ups: Please note that we cannot arrange return pick-ups. Customers are responsible for returning the item to us.
