- **Shipping Areas**: We ship our products to nearly all parts of India. You can check shipping charges by entering your pin code details at checkout.
- **No Hidden Costs**: We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden shipping charges.
- **Delivery Tracking**: Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.
**Refunds:**
We want you and your furry friend to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't quite go as planned. Here's our refund policy:
- **Conditions**: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, and returned to us in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it.
- **Refund Process**: If you request a refund, we'll process the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and discounts) back to you using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive the item and ensure it meets our conditions.
- **Store Credit**: In some cases where a return is not viable or possible, we offer store credit.
